Project description: 

Whereby in the past, corporate reputation was primarily influenced by a company´s actions and interactions and as far as possible determined by the management, today, due to digitalisation and the rise of social media, corporate reputation may also be influenced by the company´s employees. Moreover, this influential position can either be used positively or negatively. In this context, the project participants will work their way into the topic “corporate reputation and social media” and will conduct a quantitative/qualitative survey among university students to identify and test students´ competences and awareness regarding their powerful position as future employees.

Required skills: To participate in the project, advanced knowledge of empirical research is required, whereby students from all disciplines and levels (Master and PhD students) are welcome.
